  • First and foremost we sit down with the client and form a partnership. This enables us to work with our clients' closely to establish and identify their meeting/event needs.
  • From there we scout our database and use our experience to find the best hotels and resorts that perfectly match the specifications the client articulates.
  • We research all the sites in the short list for preliminary rates and availability.
  • We then provide the client with our detailed short list report outlining the pros and cons of each location that will aid them in making an informed decision based on the needs of their group.
  • Once a selection is made, we begin the negotiation process to gain the best rates. We do this through the strong relationships we've built and by leveraging our buying power.
  • Finally, we'll arrange a site visit before any decisions are made to help our clients make their decision.
  • Once the client has decided on their venue of choice, we'll start getting the contract in order and will review all documents to ensure the client is getting everything needed in order to make their meeting/event a successful one.
  • As an added benefit, Meetings Corporate is pleased to offer this service on a NO FEE structure when retained to plan a portion or all of the meeting being scouted for.
